The Asiwaju of Ogobi-Ede in Ede South Local Government, Chief Ayodele Adeyemo has congratulated the paramount ruler of the ancient city of Ede, His Royal Majesty Oba Dr Munirudeen Adesola Lawal, Laminisa 1, Timi of Edeland for his eventful reign in the last one and half decades.
In his felicitation message, Chief Adeyemo acknowledged the cultural candour and intellectual versatility that Oba Adesola Lawal has brought to play in the last fifteen years on the throne.
Recounting the educational and social infrastructures that have sprung up in Ede since he came on the throne 15 years ago, Chief Adeyemo said Oba Adesola Lawal’s intellectual background backed up with doggedness has resulted in unparalleled transformation of the social and physical landscape of Ede.
In line with his penchant ideal for development, it is hoped that many more years reign of Oba Dr Munirudeen Adesola Lawal Laminisa 1, will attract more transformations and investors, says Adeyemo.
