The Osun State Cooperative College located in Odeomu in Ayedaade local government area of the State would soon be upgraded to a Higher National Diploma, HND awarding institution.
Governor Oyetola dropped the hint on Tuesday while presenting the 2021 budget estimate at the State House of Assembly.
