Baba Adeen of Osun State, Alhaji Abdulfatai Kolawole, JP, has described the passing of Sheikh Muhydeen Ajani Bello as a monumental loss to Nigeria and the global Islamic community.

“Yideen Ajani Bello, may Allah be pleased with your soul. Aljannah Firdaus for you. Our hearts are full of grief, and our eyes are full of tears, but we will say nothing except what pleases our Creator, the sole commander of life and death – ALLAH,” he said.

Sheikh Bello, widely respected across Yorubaland and beyond, was known for his impactful teachings and dedication to the Islamic faith. His passing is a significant loss to the Muslim Ummah.

On behalf of the Muslim community in Osun State, Baba Adeen extended his condolences to the governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, the people of Ibadan, MUSWEN, the Ansar-Ud-Deen Society, and the late cleric’s family and friends.

May Almighty Allah grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus and comfort all those he left behind, Alhaji Kolawole concluded.
