The Minister of Interior , Rauf Aregbesola said the All Progressives Congress, APC is divided in Osun State.

He spoke on Thursday in Ilesa at the inauguration of Digital Nigeria Center at Muslim Grammar School.

While emphasising that there were two factions of the party in the State, the immediate former governor of the State maintained that he belongs to The Osun Progressive, TOP being led by former state chairman of the party, Elder Lowo Adebiyi.

He said “Abdulrasak Salenaile is my chairman, the APC is sharply divided in Osun and I belong to the TOP, I m TOP inside out. Salensile is our party chairman, that’s my own chairman. Everybody is doing their own, when it is time we will reshape the party.

“we spent eight years in government in this state and there was never problem in our party, there was never acrimony among members in our party”.

Aregbesola also bemoaned the security situation in the state, saying the state did not have any security challenges under his watch.
