Three persons have been feared killed and 12 abducted when bandits attacked the Kwankwashe community in Suleja local government area of Niger state.

Daily Mail learnt that the attack occurred on Wednesday night.

Residents of the community, which is before Mandala, reported they heard gunshots in the middle of the night, making everyone scamper for safety.

It was gathered that two persons and a six-year-old child were killed during the attack.

Some children were said to be among the unspecified victims of abduction.

The bandits were said to have broken into different houses in the community and whisk away residents who couldn’t run fast during the raid.
