CYMS Bags Service Recognition Prestigious Award

The Committee of Youth on Mobilization and Sensitisation (CYMS) on Thursday received a Service Recognition Award of the Nigerian Youth Congress

The CYMS in a delegation led by its Director General, Mr Obinna Nwaka who gallantly marched to the stage along his colleagues from the National Executive Council (NEC) received the Award in a happy mood at the NAF Conference Center Abuja.

The awarded was presented by the Nigerian Youth Congress (NYC) led the President, Blessing Adebowale Akinlosotu at their Democracy Lecture & Institutional Honours.

The award and recognition was as a result of CYMS’s outstanding service to the sustainability of Nigeria Democracy.

Recall that, CYMS as an evaluation, monitoring and Mobilization body has been in forefront promoting good governance, facilitation of empowerment and ensuring peaceful coexistence in the country using its structure accorss the States of the Federation to ensure Nigerians key into the policies and programs of the Federal Government.

The CYMS delegation who attended the event apart from the Director General were King Tonto Dikeh, the Director, Socials & Empowerment, Mr Boluwaji Adeyemi Qudus, Director Logistics. Mr Kelechi Ugwumba, Director, Contacts & Mobilization and Ms Taiye Akintola the Admin Officer

In addition, the CYMS’s Director, Contacts & Mobilization Mr Kelechi Ugwumba at a media briefing after the Award, appreciated God for the grace and commended the NYC for finding them worthy.

Ugwumba also dedicated the Award to fellow colleagues from the National, States, LGAs Stakeholders, Partners and Volunteers of their organisation.
