Distinct Polytechnic Ekosin Gets Govt. Approval

The management and Board of Distinct Polytechnic, Ekosin, Osun State said that the processing of getting the private institution accredited, registered and approved by the fedeeral Government had been completed while the approval letter had been given by the regulatory body with the inclusion of the institution on JAMB CAPS.

This was contained in a press release issued and signed by the Rector of the institution Dr. A.T. Adepoju FCIB.

According to the release the Distinct Polytechnic had fulfilled all the necessary procedure that requested of any tertiary institution before coming up into full operation.

The release stated that the approval by the Federal Ministry of Education, Abuja was the climax of all processes, after the accreditation exercise conducted by the regulatory body, National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), Kaduna, after the initial resource inspection on December, 2021 and a revisit on September 2022.

It listed the following programmes as accredited by the regulatory body and approved by the Federal Ministry of Education, Abuja: Accountancy Business Administration Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Electronics Engineering Statistics
The approval letter was released to the management of the Institution by the regulatory agency on January, 2023 while it has been included on the JAMB’s CHAPS

“In the same vein, all the existing programmes of the school are still in progress which are:Banking Operations Business Management & I.T. (Business Informatics) Computer Software Engineering, Security Management and Technology.”

It however enjoined the general public to advise their wards to choose the institution as their choice adding that the institution is ready to give their children and wards qualitative education which will make them the future leaders.
