Baba Adinni of Osun State, Alhaji Dr. Abdulfatai Adesina Kolawole JP, Felicitates Muslims on the Celebration of Prophet Muhammad (SAW)

As the nation observes today’s public holiday dedicated to the noble life and mission of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), I, Alhaji Dr. Abdulfatai Adesina Kolawole, JP — Baba Adinni of Osun State join millions of faithful across the world in celebrating the mercy of Allah to mankind through His beloved Prophet.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) lived a life of perseverance, humility, compassion, justice, peace, and religious tolerance. His message was not only a guide to the believers but also a blessing to the entirety of mankind, cutting across tribes, nations, and faiths.

At this time, it is important for us as Muslims and as Nigerians to reflect deeply on the lessons of his life, to embody his teachings of peaceful coexistence, forgiveness, service to humanity, and submission to the will of Allah.

I urge every Muslim in Osun State, Nigeria, and beyond to let this commemoration renew our faith and commitment to living out the values of Islam in ways that foster unity, brotherhood, and love for one another.

As we celebrate, I pray for peace in Nigeria, stability in Osun State, and prosperity for all our families. May the light of Prophet Muhammad’s (SAW) teachings continue to guide us in our personal lives, our communities, and our nation.

As Allah (SWT) reminds us in the Qur’an:
*“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.”* ( _Qur’an 21:107_ )
