Kekere-ekun: Osun NUJ, NAWOJ to hold Commendation Service Thursday

The Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ, and Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, Osun state Council will on Thursday hold Commendation service in honour of late Vice Chairperson of NAWOJ, Comrade Taiwo Kekere- Ekun who passed on recently at NUJ Press Centre at 10 in the morning.

A statement by the family of the deceased indicates that her remains will be taken to her final resting place for internment at Zone 4, Boredun, by Alimitinki mosque ,Ilase-Ijesa

The statement urged members of the union to attend the commendation service as mark of last respect for the departed colleague.

Comrade Taiwo Kekere-Ekun died on Monday last week after a brief illness.
