*….Kolawole Mourns the Loss of APC Chieftain Alhaji Khalid Debo Badru….*

Baba Adinni of Osun State, Alhaji (Dr.) Abdulfatai Adeshina Kolawole has expressed deep sorrow at the sudden passing of Mayegun Adini of Iwo land, Alhaji Khalid Debo Badru, and also a prominent All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain and former Special Adviser on Political Affairs to Governor Gboyega Oyetola.

In a heartfelt condolence message, Baba Adinni conveyed his profound sympathies to the family of Alhaji Badru, whom he described as a dedicated and kind-hearted party member. He emphasized the significant loss felt by the APC and the wider community due to the late chieftain’s passing.

Alhaji Khalid Debo Badru was one of the best players around power since the creation of Osun State in 1991, Baba Adinni said. He was courageous, bold, loyal, frank, and humble. He was forthright and always ready to tell truth to power. Adieu, my very good friend.

Baba Adinni lauded Alhaji Khalid Debo Badru, affectionately known as Rondo Rondo, for his unwavering commitment and invaluable contributions to both the APC and Osun State and he played his role well during his lifetime. He acknowledged the deep void left by Alhaji Badru’s departure and extended prayers for strength and comfort to his bereaved family.

Alhaji Badru’s legacy of courage, loyalty, and humility will remain a beacon of inspiration, Baba Adinni continued. May Allah forgive his sins and grant him eternal rest in Aljanat Firdaus. May Allah give his family, especially his beloved wife, the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

Baba Adinni also extended his heartfelt condolences to the Oluwo of Iwo, the Iwo Muslim community, the All Progressives Congress (APC), as well as Alhaji Badru’s family and associates, too many to mention.

Baba Adinni of Osun-state urged everyone to find comfort in the frequently quoted verse from the Holy Quran, Al Imran 3:185; “Every soul shall taste death, and only on the Day of Judgment will you be paid your full recompense.”
