Osun: Gov Adeleke Swears In Commissioners Wednesday

Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke will on Wednesday swear in commissioner designates.

The governor had penultimate week sent a list of 25 nominees to serve as commissioners, to the State House of Assembly for screening.

Last week, the nominees appeared before the House led by Rt. Hon. Wale Egbe for screening.

Addressing journalists on Tuesday at the press centre of the governor’s office in Osogbo, the governor’s spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed disclosed that Senator Adeleke will inaugurate and swear in the newly screened commissioners by 10:00am at the parking lot of the Bola Ige House.

He also told journalists that the State government has announced tomorrow Wednesday as a public holiday to mark Hijrah 1445 AH celebration.
