Osun Kidnapping: Police Arrest 2, Rescue 6 Victims

The Nigeria Police Force, have arrested two suspected kidnappers in Osun State
Six victims of kidnapping were also rescue from them in the process.
Daily Mail gathered that the victims were kidnapped along Ila road and taken to a forest.
It was also gathered that the kidnappers were negotiating for a ransom with the victims’ relatives when the police rescued them.
Daily Mail also learnt that some local hunters who are members of the Hunters Group of Nigeria (HGN) teamed up with the policemen for the operation.
The Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr Olawale Olokede confirmed the development
Meanwhile, the CP said another victim was equally rescued from the kidnappers at Ilesa axis but the kidnappers had escaped.
He said policemen are on the trail of the fleeing kidnappers and assured that they would be arrested and brought to book.
