Ramadan: Baba Adini of Osun Felicitates Muslim Ummah, Calls for Renewed Faith
As the holy month of Ramadan begins, the Baba Adini of Osun State, Alhaji Dr. Abdulfatai Adesina Kolawole, has extended warm greetings and heartfelt wishes to Muslims across Osun State and beyond.
In a goodwill message to mark the commencement of the fasting period, Kolawole congratulated the Muslim Ummah, describing Ramadan as a sacred season of spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and renewed devotion to Allah.
According to him, “As the holy month of Ramadan begins, Baba Adini of Osun State, Alhaji Dr. Abdulfatai Adesina Kolawole, JP, extends his warmest greetings and heartfelt wishes to the entire Muslim Ummah in Osun State and beyond.”
He noted that the period offers believers the opportunity to strengthen their faith and foster peace within families and communities, adding that Ramadan should inspire acts of kindness, patience, and compassion.
Kolawole further prayed for divine blessings upon the faithful, saying, “May this sacred season bring abundant blessings, renewed faith, inner peace, and spiritual upliftment to every home. May Allah accept our fasts, prayers, and good deeds, and reward us with mercy, forgiveness, and divine favour.”
The Baba Adini also wished Muslims a joyous and harmonious season, stating, “Wishing you and your loved ones a blessed and fulfilling Ramadan filled with joy, harmony, and countless blessings.”
He concluded the message by urging the Muslim Ummah to use the period to pray for unity, progress, and enduring peace in Osun State and Nigeria at large, while wishing all faithful a blessed Ramadan.
