At least two persons have been reportedly killed in armed robbery attacks on two different banks and a police station in Iree community in Osun state.

It was gathered that the robbers first chased policemen away from the station and allegedly killed one constabulary office before moving to the banks where they operated for about 15minute.

One other person was said to have died when sporadic shooting while the armed robbers were escaping through Iree-Ada road.

The Police Public Relations Officer of the Osun State Command, SP Yemisi Opalola confirmed the incident but could not yet confirm number of the casualties.
