UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital CMD Olaitan Felicitates Muslims, Urges Moderation As COVID-19 Is Still Around

The Chief Medical Director, UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, Prof. Peter Babatunde Olaitan has felicitated with Muslims on the celebration of this year’s Eld Kabir.

In a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the hospital, Ayodele Adeyemo and made available to Daily Mail, Prof. Olaitan implored the faithful to exhibit the implied spirit and the lessons of the Sallah.

He also urged them use the opportunity to pray for peace of Osun State and ‘our dear Nation’, stressing that progress can only strive in a conducive environment.

More importantly, Olaitan urged members of the public to be wary of their personal conduct during the Sallah celebrations, avoiding things that would impair their health bearing in mind that COVID-19 is still around.

Prof. Olaitan assured that, UNIOSUN TEACHING HOSPITAL OSOGBO will not relent in making sure that the welfare of staff of the hospital and quality medical services will always take precedence.

While assuring seamless services in the hospital during the Sallah, Prof Olaitan prayed for patients in the hospital for quick recovery and wishing them peace of heart and festive joy.
