UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital Free Surgical Outreach Takes Off Thursday

The two day free Surgical Outreach approved by the Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola to be performed by UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo will be flagged off tomorrow Thursday 9th December, 2021 in the hospital premises by 8.00am

A statement by the Public Relations Officer of the hospital notes that the wife of Osun State Governor, Mrs Kafayat Oyetola is expected to flag off the two-day free surgeries.

According to the statement, the free surgeries would cover Hernia, Ganglion, Lumps, Cataract, Terigium, In-growing toe-nails and Implant IUCD Insertion.

It adds that pre-operative screening of patients for the free surgeries had earlier been conducted on the beneficiaries.
