UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital Osogbo Felicitates Oyetola On Osun State @ 30

The Chief Medical Director, Professor Peter Babatunde Olaitan, management Committee and entire staff of UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo felicitate with the Executive Governor of Osun State, Mr. Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola and the good people of the state on the joyous occasion of the 30th ANNIVERSARY of the state.

In a Release signed by the Public Relations Officer of the hospital, Ayodele Adeyemo, to congratulate the Governor, the Chief Medical Director eulogized Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola’s thoughtfulness and commitments in promoting quality health care services in the state by supporting UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo with provision of critical infrastructures, welfare of staff and conducive environment inspite of limited resources of the government.

While looking forward to provision of more Hi-Tech medical equipments to the hospital so as to be able to carry out more researches and outstanding medical procedures, Professor Olaitan prays that God will continue to give the Governor good health and more wisdom to pilot the affairs of the state with passion.

It will be recalled that Osun State was carved out of the old Oyo State on 27th of August, 1991 and the state has been waxing great since then. UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo (formerly Lautech Teaching Hospital) was established in 2001 and was wholly transfered to Osun State government in November 2020 when it was renamed UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital Osogbo.

The hospital has continued to be actively supported by the governor of the state, Mr Adegboyega Oyetola thereby enabling delivery of better services to our people.
We therefore congratulate the governor and the entire citizens of the state on this great occasion.
