Eid-el-Kabir: MUPAF Urges Muslims To Pray For Peace, Unity Of Nigeria

The leadership of Muslim Political Awareness Front (MUPAF), under the coordination of Comrade Lukman Obembe has congratulated Muslim faithfuls for witnessing this year Eid-ul-Adiha.

In a statement issued by the State Publicity Secretary of MUPAF, Mukhtar Ajelogbon in Osogbo on Tuesday the group said the Muslims should use the period to pray for peace and unity of the country, so that Nigeria can overcome the various challenges facing it.

The statement enjoined the Muslims to remember to pray for Nigeria and those in the positions of authority for God’s guidance to enable them find solution to the nation’s problems.

The statement reads: “The leadership of Muslim Political Awareness Front (MUPAF), is wishing all our Muslim brothers and sisters in Nigeria and across the world a happy Eid celebration. It is important for us to remember this country (Nigeria) in our prayers during this period and to guide our leaders alright to lead us to the promise land.

“We wish all Muslims a very many more Eid to celebrate in life as we joined other Muslims across the globe.”
