Oyetola signs 2021 Budget into Law
Governor Gboyega Oyetola has signed into law the 2021 ‘Budget.
Tagged ‘Budget of Providence’, the capital expenditure stands at 54% while the recurrent expenditure allocation is 46%.
Oyetola urged government officials to prepare to work harder to efficiently implement the 2021 Budget.
He said the budget was intended to further deliver prosperity to people of Osun, provide jobs and opportunities for the youth, deliver more infrastructure.
He thanked the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Timothy Owoeye and the entire members for diligent and speedy passage of the Budget.
“we’re on the path of delivering more on our Devt. Agenda, which is our pact with the people of Osun.
“I urge all Govt. officials to prepare to work harder as we resolve to efficiently implement the 2021 Budget which is intended to further deliver prosperity to our people, provide jobs & opportunities for our youths, deliver more infrastructure & put Osun on a sound footing.
“I thank @SpeakerOwoeye & other honorable members of the House, for the diligent & speedy passage of the Budget. By this act, the Assembly has once again proved itself as a people-oriented and development-conscious House”, Oyetola said.
