Angry Youths Set Truck Carrying Cattle On Fire In Saki
Some angry youths in Saki, a town in Oyo State, on Monday set ablaze a truck carrying cattle for killing a boy identified as Ayuba Raji.
The incident occurred at Challenge junction, along a road under construction in Saki.
An eyewitness, Kazeem Adeniyi, who spoke to reporters in Ibadan on Tuesday, attributed the cause of the accident to the ongoing road construction.
He said some motorists who are fond of wrong-way driving on the road, accounting for crashes in recent times.
Adeniyi also blamed the problem on speeding and reckless driving by truck drivers.
