A student of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State has been reportedly killed by unknown gang.

The student whose identity was yet to be ascertained was killed outside the school campus

He was macheted to death as the Student Union Government election of the school was going on

The reason for his killing was still unknown as at the time of filing this report.

Daily Mail learnt that the incident may not be unconnected with the SUG election.
