A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Lanre Odelade has described the appointment of the senator representing Osun West Senatorial District, Akogun LERE Oyewumi as senate Deputy Minority Leader as an opportunity to exhibit the quality stuff he’s made of.
In a congratulatory message to the Senator today, Chief Lanre Odelade expressed optimism in the Senator’s capacity to represent the interest of the opposition effectively in the Red Chambers.
Chief Odelade charged Senator LERE Oyewumi to deploy right strategies to ensure positive response to the expectations of his constituents and the general interest of the peoples who elected him and his colleagues to represent them in the National Assembly.
The PDP leader called for synergy and common purpose by all the elected members of the PDP in both chambers of the National Assembly to achieve the ultimate goal of delivering democracy dividends to the electorate.
