Real Madrid Confirm Sergio Ramos Departure
Having spent sixteen years with Los Blancos since joining from Sevilla in 2005, veteran captain Sergio Ramos have quit Real Madrid according to the club’s official statement released on Wednesday though his next destination is yet to be unveiled.
Sergio Ramos leaves Real Madrid with 671 appearances to his name . In those appearances, he popped in 101 goals to cement his case as the club’s highest goalscoring defender of all time as well as one of the world’s most prolific stoppers in Football.
In his sixteen seasons with the Galaticos, Sergio Ramos won five La Liga titles, four UEFA Champions League titles, two Copa del Rey, four Spanish Super cups, three UEFA Super cups, four FIFA Club World Cups and host of individual honours.
