Tinubu’s Policies ‘ll Turn Around For Good of All Citizens, Says Oyetola

…as Aragbiji inaugurates ultra modern palace

The minister of marine and blue economy, Gboyega Oyetola has enjoined Nigerians to be patient with President Tinubu, saying his policies will eventually turn around for the good of all citizens.

He said the President is working tirelessly to ensure that the current challenges facing Nigerians fizzle out in good time.

Oyetola urged Nigerians to support the various policies of the federal government, noting that the sacrifices being made would not go down drain.

The minister was speaking in his home town, Iragbiji during the inauguration of ultra modern palace for the Aragbiji of lragbiji, Oba Abdulrosheed Olabomi in Boripe local government area of Osun State.

Oyetola recalled that he challenge his people two years ago to emulate the people of Ijesa land regarding the development of the palace of the paramount ruler of Ijesa land.

He said “like the people of Ijesaland, this edifice we are unveiling today was made possible through community efforts, the journey of which started seven years ago, under the chairmanship of my humble self.

“Today’s inauguration is a further fulfillment of our resolve as a progressive community to unleash infrastructure development on our community.

“As a community, we have proved to the world that we are strong partners in the best demonstration of love, unity of purpose and community efforts.”

The minister commeded the monarch for for providing quality leadership over the years and for carrying every Iragbiji son and daughter along in building a strong and united community.

Speaking, the Aragbiji of lragbiji said issues of devastating flooding in the area in 2017 and the need to prevent the menace necessitated the need to embark on the ultra modern project which began seven years ago.

The monarch said the project was facilitated by contributions from concerned indigenes in the community which include the minister of marine and blue economy, Gboyega Oyetola.

The event was graced by traditional rulers and other dignitaries, including a Former Governor of Osun State, Price Olagunsoye Oyinlola, under whose administration the Aragbiji ascended the throne in 2008.
