TRAIN DERAILS, KILLS 47 CATTLE IN OSUN

A stole laden train which lost track on Wednesday in Osogbo, the Osun State capital and killed several cattle totalling 47.

The accident occurred around 3 o’ clock Wednesday afternoon at Power line area, Osogbo.

Daily Mail learnt that the train that was heading to Kwara state.

Eyewitnesses say that it was the last coach at the back of the train that broke away from train an the track.


One of the cow dealers whose cattle were lost in the accident, Ismail Rabiu described the incident as unfortunate.

He said the cattle that were killed worth about N10 millions
