Police raid notorious hideout of illicit drugs cartel

The Ogun State Police Command has discovered and raided a notorious hideout in Abeokuta, the State Capital.

The hideout harbours illicit carted known as ‘MAYAS’, the police said.

“Police raid notorious hideout of illicit drugs cartel known as “MAYAS” in Lafenwa area of Abeokuta, Ogun State.

“Huge quantity of assorted, illicit and dangerous drugs were recovered. Also recovered were cash- proceeds from the illicit trade” the NPF tweeted.
