The Special Adviser to Governor Adeleke on Rural Water and Environmental Sanitation (RUWESA) double as the Chief Asipa of Ikoyiland, Hon. Lanre Sarafadeen Odelade has announced his readiness to give back to the community.

Odelade would offer a seminar and wellness program with packages to take care of the health need of the people of Isokan Local Government.

He would also empower members of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP across all the wards in the local government with cash gifts and donations.

According to the Special Adviser, the program is of two phases, an empowerment program with seminar paper to be delivered by Multi-Stream TM Ltd and wellness products to be distributed to the 10 selected beneficiaries from both Apomu and Ikoyi at free of charge as financed by Hon. Lanre Odelade.

The second phase entails cash distribution to party members in all the eleven (11) wards of Isokan Local Government as selected by the party leaders. Additionally, 10 persons per each ward in Isokan Local Government (to cut across both Apomu and Ikoyi) would benefit from the cash gifts, this is to strengthen their financial needs and aids the support of their businesses during this period.

Chief Odelade opined that the sole purpose of coming down with this empowerment program was basically to give back to the community and support the vision and mission of Governor Adeleke in his efforts to bringing to a limelight, a productive, people’s friendly and inclusive governance.

The program which is slated to hold by 2pm on Sunday, 17th March 2024 at Ikoyi town hall, beside Ikoyi-Osun Microfinance bank, Oja-ale area Ikoyi, Osun state.

It would have in attendance, the party leaders across the local government and also the members of the party as well as the beneficiaries across Apomu and Ikoyi communities.

While congratulating the would be beneficiaries, chief Odelade expressed committment to ensuring adequate support to the current administration led by Governor Ademola Adeleke.

He assured of effective implementation of work projects in the term of access to good and clean water at both the rural and urban areas across the state.
