One feared dead, 14 injured in Osun road crash

A yet to be identified person has reportedly been killed while 14 others injured in a road accident along Osogbo/Gbongan expressway, Osun State.

The accident which occurred Sunday morning at about 7:15 at Oogi, a community between Sekona and Odeomu involved two vehicles, a Toyota Corolla with registration number SMK582GE and a Mazda Bus registration number FFA114XB.

Daily Mail learnt that officers of the Federal Road Safety Corps and the Nigeria Police Force were on hand for emergency response.

It was gathered that the injured have been taken to Owode Muslim Hospital while the Corpse was taken by family members, including members of drivers’ union of Ikirun unit.

The team of FRSC was reported to have handed over the crashed vehicles to the police at Sekona Division.
